Wilderness Retreat - July 2024 in Devon, UK

 

Mark Hashimi (psychotherapist and director of Strategic Wellbeing) and Katrin Viella (Accredited mental health & leadership consultant) have joined forces to run an incredible, unforgettable nature based wellbeing retreat for anyone who would like to prevent burnout in their high-pressured job roles or life. 

This retreat will run from Saturday 13th July to Saturday 20th July 2024 and will include all catering, luxury accommodation and exciting, inspiring and life-transforming workshops and activities.

Expect to get out into nature, where we will incorporate transactional analysis, psychology with rewilding techniques to enjoy canoeing, making fire by friction and learning how to recharge and reset.
